This one has been restored and repainted but is a rare grenade in any condition.
The story goes a batch of them were buried by the home guard and recently found in Norfolk in poor condition but some have been restored.
It is a simple tin can full of Nitro Gelatin explosive with the 247 allways fuze on top. Some times they had a diferent filling and were marked PAGD which is " polar ammon gelatine diynomite"
